Terms of Service
1. What LossGuard is
LossGuard is a software risk-management tool that monitors a connected MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account and, when a rule you configure is breached, closes open positions and cancels pending orders. LossGuard is not a broker, fund manager, financial adviser, or signal provider.
2. No guarantee of outcome
LossGuard fires close orders at market. In fast or illiquid markets, fills may occur beyond your configured limit. LossGuard does not guarantee the prevention of losses or the price at which orders are executed. It is a safety net, not a guaranteed floor.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for ensuring that automated trade management is permitted by your broker and lawful in your jurisdiction, and for the security of your own broker portal and master credentials, which LossGuard never requests.
4. Credentials
You provide your MT5 trading password so LossGuard can close positions on your behalf. It is encrypted at rest and can be deleted at any time by disconnecting your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; protection continues to the end of the billing period, after which accounts are disconnected and stored credentials are deleted.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LossGuard is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
